With a background in design and a real estate license, she’s the multi-tasking maestro behind work orders, purchase orders, schedules, and crew coordination. As half the inspiration for the company’s name—a nod to both Austin's zip codes and Puerto Rico's area code—Mariana's influence is woven into the fabric of the business.

When she’s not managing the organized chaos of construction life, you might catch her on the pickleball court, still mastering her swing but always game for a challenge. Her love for the outdoors is strong, but only if it includes the comforts of glamping—roughing it in style. A dedicated fan of "Gilmore Girls," she can quote any episode on demand.

Mariana's strengths complement those of Matthew. Together, they form a dynamic team, each bringing their unique talents to the table. With Mariana's knack for organization and Matthew's hands-on expertise, 787 Construction tackles projects with a balanced approach.

As a proud cat dad to three ferocious little fluff balls, Jax's nurturing nature extends beyond his home into every project he undertakes. With a strong focus on quality and attention to detail, he ensures that every task is executed with precision and care.

When he's not at work, you'll either find Jax at the gym making muscles or on stage trying to make people giggle at a comedy club. His sense of humor and positive energy make him a joy to work with and a great team player. Despite his busy schedule, Jax dreams big—one day he hopes to have a kangaroo on a large ranch in Texas or Montana. Jax has a love for good food, torn between tacos and pizza, and his passion for quality extends to his culinary tastes.
